Training employees is always time consuming,
especially in a high-turnover industry. When the information has
to be repeated constantly, video is the perfect medium for saving
time and reducing expenses. By combining a PowerPoint™
presentation with video and audio of the instructor, we were able
to create an effective low-cost training DVD that could be
distributed to each new employee. The benefit to each employee was
the ability to learn at their own pace, and even learn from home. |
